The actor told exclusively digital spy last month: “It’s an amazing show, I love it Sex education. I think it’s really brilliant work. If they wanted me back, I’d be there in a heartbeat.

“One of the things that [creator] Laurie [Nunn] done among many brilliant things she does is the way she [deals with] characters that seem incredibly obnoxious in a way or difficult.

“Remi, he’s a jerk in so many ways, and yet he pulls it off at the end of his current story. You really get a sense of how lonely and miserable this man is under all this bravado.”

Sex education seasons 1-3 are streaming on Netflix, with a fourth on the way.
