According to producer Yoshi Ikezawa, Sony Pictures and Toei Animation’s ambitions extend beyond a single film, as the studios are already planning at least six films set in the Saint Seiya universe. According to Ikezawa, Toei has “already started the conversation” about the film’s sequels. A behind-the-scenes “first look” video was released during the panel, but has yet to be posted online.
