Fullmetal Alchemist Trailer – The Live-Action Movie Gets A Two-Part Sequel

The Japanese manga series Fullmetal Alchemist made the jump to live-action in 2017, and today we learned that a two-part sequel to that movie is on the way this year.

Thanks to Screen Rant for the warning this afternoon that Warner Bros. released the trailer for Fullmetal Alchemist two-part sequel saga, which you can check out below.

The site reports, “Fukushūsha Scar (The Avenger’s Scar), will be released on May 20, and part 2, named Saigo no Rensei (The last transmutation), will be released on June 24.

Ryōsuke Yamada is back as main character Edward Elric for the sequel(s).

The manga series was written and illustrated by Hiromu Arakawa, originally published between 2001 and 2010. The best-selling series spawned various anime adaptations.
